Misty Lamppa

Misty Lamppa is Mom to four great kiddos (6 ,8, 11, 17) and is married to a 45-year-old who keeps her young. She also has a Great Dane puppy who has been coined the “house pony”.

Yoga found Misty in 2000 when she lived in Boston. Being a collegiate athlete (go Bulldogs), she couldn’t wait for the alleged sweaty workout. But what she found was the work-in.

It was the first time she had to sit with herself without distraction and it was a little scary. She has had a steady practice since then and received her 200RYT in 2011.

One of the best things she has gotten from yoga is the ability to feel and process her emotions and let them move through me instead of staying “stuck” and poisoning her (old painful pattern).

In 2020, she earned her 500 hr ERYT and that 300+ training focused in Kundalini, the Enneagram, Ayurveda and Moon Cycles. Since starting that training, her spiritual shifts, healing and growth have multiplied by 10.  Her goal in teaching yoga is to share what’s influenced her healing/growth in hopes that it will help others.

Molly Rotondo

Molly has attended yoga and spin classes at Evolve on and off since 2016. She is excited to offer an evening spin class to accommodate a busy daytime schedule! She grew up in Duluth and resides there with her husband, their dogs, and backyard chickens. She owns an in-home daycare and when she isn't loving on kiddos, you can find her reading thriller novels, doing a crossword, or piecing together a puzzle while snuggling her pups.

Tammy Revier

Tammy is a mother to a 24 year old daughter; who is going to be a first time mom in October, making Tammy a first-time grandma at the age of 45!

Tammy has 3 beautiful pit bulls (two females and one male): ages 5, 4 & 3.

Tammy became interested in fitness and taking control of her health, mind and body about 16 years ago when she gave up smoking. She joined a local gym and has been going every day since. Currently, Tammy works for St. Luke's from home. On her lunch breaks, she used to be a cardio and spin instructor at the YMCA in Superior for a little over a year. In 2016 she sustained an injury with 4 miles left of the Whistle Stop half marathon. After recovering for a few years, she was told she was done running, or at least her body said she was! After that, being a "gym junkie and overall fitness lover", Tammy became addicted to the feeling of pure exhaustion and the feeling afterwards! So, she took up Bikram hot yoga and was in love! The feeling of being in the present moment, listening to your body and understanding how everything flows together is amazing! From there, Tammy began practicing mediation, in which she created a beautiful, peaceful place in her house to practice in. Tammy can't wait to share her drive, passion and motivation to help others enjoy fitness at their own level.

Her hopes for teaching at Evolve will soon include hot yoga! Jenna’s personal yoga practice dates back 20+ years into childhood and she has been teaching friends and family for about 2 years. From her home, streaming online, or having classes at random parks in the city, teaching yoga has been a fun experience that has finally led her to Evolve. Jenna finds working with Chakras and learning new poses to be highly motivating. To her, being able to share what she learns with others to be nothing short of a blessing.

Lindsey Lewis

Lindsey’s journey began during a collegiate swimming career—shout out to Husky Swim & Dive! She discovered that yoga wasn’t just for flexibility and recovery, but much more. It provided an inner sanctuary of calm, safety and exploration. Yoga provided a feeling that she wanted to return to again and again.

Lindsey is a graduate of Full Circle’s teacher training program and is a certified 200 hour RYT. Finding new, intuitive ways to move your body has been fascinating and rewarding.

In Lindsey’s classes, she hopes to provide you with time to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and maybe even try out some challenging poses! Most importantly, she hopes to provide a space to help others build confidence in themselves mentally, physically and spiritually.

We are all just walking each other home.
